Poem 1 – On Unknown Tides

Let us cast this ship to the open seas,
Let her face the wrathful tides
While her sails billow in tumultuous winds
‘twixt storms that can’t be denied.

See her wander to horizons new
Where none know what her voyage will bring.
Still we’ll watch her sail, both me and you –
The end is unclear, but the quest is the thing.

Tell us what you thought, or if to you these words are naught.
