Poem 213 – To Clarify a Thought

Love reifies
The thoughts

Milton, Paradise Lost, Book VIII, 589-590

How to clarify a thought, make it sweet and crystal clear,
Like a brilliantly cut diamond gleaming bright,
Pure and intense; many methods have been sought,
But only one works, for love reifies the thoughts.

Dear readers,

A simple poem for a simple and elegant concept.

Kind regards,

The Hapless Neo-Romantic
