Poem 259 – Who I used to be

Help me be the person that I used to be,
Become again the person that dreamed the dream I’m living,
So that I can return home and find again that I belong here,
Rather than be someone new who doesn’t belong anywhere.

Dear readers,

A few simple lines. I’m not even sure if they count as poetry.

Kind regards,

The Hapless Neo-Romantic
