Poem 394 – How Dare You Kill Me (And Leave Me Still Speaking)?

How dare you kill me and leave me and leave me still speaking?
I no longer feel, I no longer live,
And yet I can file suit against you
For leaving me fit to do so.
I would know that I died, so why all these words,
This incessant torrent that will not cease?
I do not know that, and only beg,
Not I have died, let me find peace.
